In our short four weeks, we've had visitors from GB Asheville, GB Fort Collins, and GB Sydney. This weeek we're honored that Johnnie T., Brown Belt, from GB Acworth Georgia trained with us. Johnnie showed us some fine details on cross collar chokes when our opponent is tightly protecting neck. We look forward to training with Johnnie the next time he is in town!
